Paintings can be picked up at the studio or shipped (international shipping possible). Please note that the listed prices do not include shipping costs; all packaging and shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. For inquiries about (international) shipping or pick-ups, please send me an e-mail at info@liens-studio.com. 

Return information

  • Artworks are not eligible for returns, except in cases where the artwork is damaged during shipping or arrives in a different condition than described or shown in the listing.
  • If the artwork is damaged during shipping, the seller will work with the buyer to resolve the issue and may offer a refund, replacement, or repair.
  • To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging, and the buyer must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The seller reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for certain types of artworks, such as commissioned pieces or customized works.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, unless the artwork is damaged or arrives in a different condition than described.
  • Refunds will be issued within a certain timeframe, such as 30 days after the artwork is returned.
  • The store is not responsible in any way for damage that may happen or occur during shipment. The store will always disclose any damage or malfunctions in advance. See the disclaimer in Terms of service for more info.
